Project Phoenix is an AI-enabled enterprise operating platform designed to support procurement, business operations, enterprise intelligence and governed automation. It is being developed around human authority controls: material business decisions remain subject to human review and approval.
Design principles
Human authority
Capability is not authority. AI may prepare and execute routine work; approvals, commitments and production changes need a named person.
Evidence before status
Work is recorded with evidence, so what was claimed and what was proven stay separate.
Continuity
Current state lives in controlled records and an append-only event history, so work survives a change of tool, model or person.
Model neutrality
AI models are replaceable engines. The platform keeps its knowledge and controls when providers change.
